This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.iesolution.it (hereinafter "the Site") and contains the information required by art. 2250 of the Italian Civil Code, art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 (E-Commerce) and applicable rules on companies' information duties.

1. Site owner and publisher

The Site is owned and operated by IESolution 2.0 s.r.l. (hereinafter "IESolution", "we", "the Company"). The Site is institutional and descriptive of the Company's activity. It does not constitute an editorial product under Italian Law 62/2001, as it is not updated with regular periodicity and is not registered with the court.

All contents of the Site — including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, source code, site structure, layout, videos, audio files, downloadable documents — are the exclusive property of IESolution or are used under licence from their respective owners, and are protected by Italian and international laws on copyright (Italian Law 633/1941) and industrial property (Italian Legislative Decree 30/2005).

The trademarks "IESolution", "NewPicass", "NewPicass 14.Net" and related logos, where present, are used by the Company exclusively in its business activity.

Any form of reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, transmission, sale or commercial exploitation of the Site's contents without the prior written consent of IESolution is prohibited. Download and printing of single pages or downloadable public documents (e.g. brochure, data sheet) is allowed for personal and informational use, provided that copyright and trademark references are not removed.

4. Use of the site

Access to and consultation of the Site are free of charge. By using the Site, the user fully accepts this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The user undertakes not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, contrary to good faith and public policy, civil and criminal rules in force, and principles of professional conduct. In particular, the user shall not:

IESolution commits to ensuring the correctness, updating and accuracy of content, but does not offer warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness or absolute accuracy of published information. Material errors, omissions or misalignments between the Site and contractual documentation, official commercial offers or direct customer notices do not give rise to obligations for the Company.

Deep-linking to specific pages of the Site is allowed provided that the context of the original content is respected, that the structure or graphics of the pages are not altered, and that the linking site does not imply any business, representation or endorsement relationship with IESolution that does not exist.

7. Changes to the site and content

IESolution reserves the right to modify, suspend, temporarily or permanently interrupt the Site (or parts of it) at any time, without notice, for technical, security, commercial or compliance reasons. It also reserves the right to modify the content, structure, features and this Legal Notice itself at any time; changes take effect when published on the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and the use of the Site are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, validity of this Legal Notice or arising from the use of the Site, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's court under arts. 33 and 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) where applicable.
